The first step towards client satisfaction is effective communication, and that’s what Sierra provides. She opens the line of communication between clients and vendors to get projects done. Sierra is relatively new to the commercial lighting industry, but previously worked in building operations for a large property management company. Before moving to Chicago, Sierra worked in marketing, event management, and construction management. Sierra enjoys the outdoors, gardening, sailboat racing, cooking, and traveling to explore different places and cultures.
